In the summer, we are always grilling out! It is a summer must in our household, as probably in most! That being said, I feel like I am always doing the SAME OLD SAME OLD BBQ Chicken. Grab a bottle of BBQ sauce and poor it in and away we go. I wanted to try a different approach this time, so I tried a rub! Today I am going to share with you my BEST EVER Chicken Drumstick Rub! Sometime this week I am also going to share a Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe, but today we are going to focus on this amazing yummy rub!
You can always improvise your measurements. The first time I made this rub, I had just a little too much salt, so I toned it back a bit. If you like more salt, add a bit more!
I always like to boil my chicken first, that way I know it is always “done” I then add my rub, and stick it in a tin container that you can get at the grocery store. at the very end, I will stick my drumsticks straight on the grill to get that grilled taste!
