Peppermint has always been a popular essential oil for healing headaches, relieving muscles and reducing stress… But it has a ton of other benefits too! It has been known to also help with mild asthma, so it totally made sense in putting it in a body butter! Along with the benefits of cocoa and shea butter (reducing red marks and blemishes, tightening stretch marks and moisturizing skin) it made total sense to combine the two together! They make an amazing duo!
