Lemon Garlic Salmon
Please excuse the terrible pictures of this one folks, I forgot my camera at my photography studio so I used my phone!
I love this recipe, I have been on such a healthy kick lately that I just want to cook healthy inspired meals. This one sure is, minus maybe the butter!
You can change it up by using other veggies like Broccoli or Asparagus. I have even done it with Carrots and Celery, YUM!
Ingredients
- 3 Salmon Fillets
- Butter
- Minced Garlic OR Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple
- Lemon Juice
- Baby Tomatoes (Cherry Tomatoes)
- Fresh Green Beans
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Lay your (thawed) Salmon Fillets in a baking dish.
- Place your Cherry Tomatoes and Green Beans on each side
- Place a tablespoon of butter on each fillet.
- Sprinkle Garlic Garlic on your Fillets, or Minced Garlic
- Squeeze Lemon Juice on your Fillets
- Carefully Drizzle Olive Oil on your veggies
- Bake ( 350-400 degrees F) 30 minutes at 350-400 degrees F or until fillets flake apart.
