Skinny Nachos
Yesterday we posted a yummy recipe for Nachos, and here is a slightly healthier version! We love these skinny nachos! The best part, they are almost Restaurant Style!
Ingredients
- Tortilla Chips (Try Wheat!)
- Chicken Breasts, Shredded
- Mexican Cheese Blend
- Can of Corn
- Black Beans
- Rotel Tomatoes
- Sour Cream
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cook your chicken breasts in a pan w/ a dab of olive oil
- Shred it
- Layer Tortilla Chips, Chicken Breasts, Corn, Black Beans, Tomatoes and Cheese
- Bake in oven 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with a dab sour Cream
- Serve Warm
