Instructions:

This project was so easy! I cut down a lunch bag so that it was 5 1/2… and then I cut my designer series paper 4 1/2 x 5. I adhered my designer series paper, then punched two holes for my tangerine twine. I made the tag using the circle punch and scallop punch and then adhered that using the tangerine twine!
