Oh My Gosh! Who knew eating keto could be SO YUMMY! This is another one of my favorite Keto recipes and it is so yummy! Tacos are a staple at our house, so its nice to know that we can still have them! We just had to get creative on how to make taco type recipes without the carbs in the shells! So this is a super simple Crockpot recipe and it only takes 4 hours on low (or 2 hours on high) to make! My problem with crockpot recipes is that we are always on the go so fast in the morning that I forget to prepare my stuff in the crockpot! So halfway through the day I am running home to start my crockpot on HIGH (which is a no no for meats) just to make sure its done for supper!
You will need just a few ingredients for this…
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese
- 2 10oz cans of Rotel
- 2 Tablespoons of Taco Seasoning
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional topping)
Preparation of this recipe is super simple! While browning your meet, you will put your cream cheese, Rotel and taco seasoning into the crockpot. When your meat is done, drain and put in the crockpot. Stir your meat, cream cheese, Rotel and taco seasoning until well blended. Pour your chicken broth over your meat and cheese. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours! Top with shredded cheddar cheese!
