The keto diet is high fat, low carb, so these yummy Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cheesecake Fat Bombs are a PERFECT snack for those with a sweet tooth, and they are super easy! After I made these, I used a Mini Muffin Pan to separate them out while I froze them so they wouldn’t stick together, making them a PERFECT bite size treat!
You will need a few ingredients to get started.
Ingredients:
- 8oz cream cheese
- 8 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons xylitol
- 1 package of dark chocolate chips (you wont use the entire package)
With a hand mixer, combine all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a bowl. After you mix everything you will sprinkle in the chocolate chips. Use as many or as little as you like. Put the dough in spoonfulls in a Mini Muffin Pan. Freeze for several hours. When you remove from the freezer, they will be the perfect sweet treat! You can eat frozen or leave in the fridge for a softer version
